Essential Skills Programme
At Key Stage 4 there are opportunities for students to follow an
Essential Skills programme (ESP) as an Option choice. This course incorporates alternative accreditation in the form of the
Asdan Bronze/Silver Award scheme and AEB Literacy and Numeracy ‘On Demand’
tests as well as focusing on the wider world of work. There is a chance to attend a Work Experience placement as part of the
course.
