GNVQ

This year we have started to run a GNVQ Part One course in Leisure and Tourism. This is a two-year course taking up two option blocks, running at Intermediate level.

This means it is directly equivalent to two GCSe’s at A* to C grade.

Key skills of Communication, Application of Number and I.T. are assessed as an integral part of the course.

GNVQ Part One provided a very good platform for GNVQ’s at higher level and at Post-16 these have been popular choices for ex-Tamworth students.
