The Foreign Cuisine course has been designed to give students the
opportunity to broaden their knowledge of foreign food, by planning, preparing
and cooking a range of meals and dishes from 4 continents.

A study of each country and its culture will also be made.

Visits may have to be made to supermarkets and delicatessens in order to
purchase ingredients.
