Interactive Week 200l

For many years, the school has altered the regular timetable for l week in the Summer term. This has become known as Interactive Week, and this year the dates will be from Tuesday 10^th July to Friday 13^th July 200l inclusive.

¨      The purpose of the Interactive Week is to take students from years 8 and 9 off the normal timetable for 4 school days. Throughout these four days, an exiting and challenging programme of activities will be offered to students and the aim is for them to experience one or more activities of their choice in an area possibly not usually available to them. Time will also be given to develop and present work for display in and around the school.

¨      The Year 200l Interactive Week programme of activities is bigger and better than ever.

¨      For some activities , payments will have to be made, and details of these will be given soon after the students have returned the reply slip indicating their choices.

¨      For some of the locally based activities students will be requested to pay their own travelling and admission expenses, which will be minimal.

¨      The Tamworth Manor High School Interactive Week is unique in the Borough. If offers an opportunity to students to extend their learning and gain skills not normally available in school.
