Computers

The school has 150 computers on a sitewide intranet. All students use the network throughout their time at Tamworth Manor.

q       There are four main computer rooms where whole classes can work; these are used for IT lessons and for other areas of the school curriculum.

q       There are smaller clusters of PCs in curriculum areas, in particular, in Science, Technology and Textiles areas.

q       The Library is equally well resourced as an Open Learning Centre with multi-media workstations and free internet access.

q       All computers have access to high quality laser printers and networked CD ROMs.
